Old Colony Elder providers’ (OCES) is a non-profit organization which acts residents in 23 cities within the greater Brockton and Plymouth places. OCES is one of 27 similar agencies designated by the Executive Office of Elder Affairs as an Aging providers Access Point (ASAP).
